1. Service provided is completely digital. No physical object will be shipped to your address.

2. No rush deadline, the order will be completed within 1-4 weeks. Depends on queue.

3. Major revisions accepted during sketch phase. Please make sure you have set your mind for final descriptions. Minor revisions are allowed during coloring phase.

Maximum revisions are 2 times in total, more than there will be extra charge.

4. Please provide clear reference images, pose and details that you prefer.

More details is good, so I can depict your commission accurately.

5. Commission order is only placed through Google Form.

6. No commercial use is allowed except an agreement has been made.

7. No refund, unless there is no progress in a month and/or the order is not completed after 3 months.

8. First come, first served.

9. I, as the artist, have permission to upload the commissioned works on my online platform as portfolio. I will only upload the watermarked works with lower quality. If you want your commission will be private, you will be charged twice (commercial price).

10. For commercial purpose, the prices will be multiplied to 2-3x.

11. I might decline certain commission requests that I am not feel comfortable with.

12. Commission is my top priority, but I will still do other artworks in between (personal art, community art etc) to keep me sane. 🙏 Please rest assured that the progress is made every time.

13. By completing the form and fulfilling payment, client confirms to have reviewed and agreed with all terms and information stated on the info and invoice.

1. Payment is made through Paypal invoice for international (USD).

Upfront payment before start the sketch:

Below $150 → Full payment

Above $150 → 50% or Full upfront payment

※ If the invoice is failed to be paid in 3 days, the order will be canceled.

2. Double the price if there are 2 characters, triple if there are 3, and so on.

3. After I accept your commission order through form, I will send an invoice to your PayPal account.

4. Commission will be proceed only after the payment is complete.

5. You will receive: Sketch, Work in Progress (if requested); finished work files in transparent BG, with small signature, and with bigger watermark just in case you would like to post on social media.

1. Fill the Google Form to elaborate your order. Kindly attach the reference images in links and describe your order as detailed as possible

2. I will be checking the form response few times a week, and after I agreed with your order; I will send the invoice as soon as possible

3. Client has permission to edit the response through form copy, in order to complete the references.

4. Client will be given 3 days to complete payment before the sketch is started.

5. After I received the payment, I will inform through email.

6. I will update the initial sketch within a week. On this stage, major revision is allowed.

7. After client confirms the sketch and color mapping, I will complete the artwork within 1-4 weeks. After coloring stage, only minor revision is allowed.

8. If client request for revision more than 2 times, will be charged extra.

9. Final works will be sent through email.

Please be honest with the order, and do not use personal use works to be commercial purpose without agreement.

Invoice will be sent once commissioner filled the form correctly,

and the payment must be completed in 3 days before commission is started.
